At Ölend, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your backpack or accessory isn't perfect, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Item

  Place the product in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the item is in unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
